All screens, all states, breakpoints, approval. If a state is missing, you are not handing off.

Frequently asked questions

Does Figma inspect replace this?

No. Engineers still need behavior, empty states, and copy. Inspect is measurements. It is not the flow.

A few states are missing. Hand off anyway?

No. Missing empty, error, or loading means you are not ready. Finish those, or call it a critique and keep designing.

Only if the work is already approved. If it can still change, run a critique first so engineering is not the first review.
